  1. i liked The True Confessions Of Charlotte Doyle because it is a different kind of survival. my favorite part was when Charlotte Doyle climed to the top of the mast and joined the crew. the parents could've done better at under standing Charlotte Doyle when they read her diary. Charlotte Doyle was rescued when she ran away and was free to be part of the crew aigan.

  2. I liked it because this book shws how violent the world is and how people get the better of us.
My favorite part of the book is when Charlote stands up for Zacharia when he was getting hit against his will. The characters could have stuck together more. They were rescued when Captain Jaggery fell off the boat and was washed away into the sea.
The survial situation was that Charlote had to spend 2 months on the Sea Hawk with bunch of sailors until she gets to Providence. The Captain guided Charlote at first, but then the crew, mostly Zacharia helped Charlote along. Charlote was very brave, determined, and strong. If she didn't have these characteristics she wouldn't have survived.
